Shiping, Refunds, and Returns


All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday. Please note that no orders are processed over the weekend, except during certain holiday periods. Fulfillment centers are also closed for major holidays like Thanksgiving; we believe in making of the most of every moment, and that includes our employees and partners.

No one wants to wait for their order to arrive, so Day Bros Liquidation ships all orders via Priority Mail and express couriers (UPS, FedEx). The best part? All orders for $99.99 or more ship for free anywhere in the United States, including overseas territories and military bases.

Ordering from outside the United States? All orders are shipped Delivery Duties Paid, so there are no hidden fees. Shipping fees and times vary by country.

COVID & Holiday Update: Please be aware that COVID has caused issues throughout the fulfillment and logistics networks nationwide. These issues are particularly exacerbated over the holidays. We work to get our product to you as fast as possible, and we appreciate your understanding.


We know that you’ll find our product to be a great complement to your night out. But if you aren’t satisfied with the effectiveness of our product, we want to make it right. To request a refund or return, please email us at with your: name, address, order confirmation number, and the reason for your request, within 30 days of receiving your first order of product.

No tax, shipping, or additional units will be refunded, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To prevent abuse, we retain the right to refuse or restrict this guarantee based on our discretion. 


Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or modified, but is eligible for return. Only unopened shipments with the seal intact that are returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund. Opened or damaged shipments are not eligible for return.

When shipping a return, please email inf with your: name, address you are shipping the return from, your original order confirmation number, and the reason for the return.
